Full body workout today. Even though I had a three week hiatus from the gym due to moving and suffering from pains in my knees, I’m ready to return to the gym. Ive haven’t been eating the cleanest, but that’s all going to change. Just because ive had a setback doesn’t mean I’m going to set myself back from my goals. With new goals and expectations, I can only go improve from here. Eat clean, train mean. And I’ve finally got a booty going on! Thank you squat gods.
